If you received an outreach message from us your book has already been researched. We studied the listing, the category, the reader search behaviour, and the gap before we wrote to you. The first exchange is simply a chance for you to hear what we found and decide whether it matches your experience.
If you are reaching out independently we will ask you a few questions about your book to determine whether a gap exists that our work can close. If we find one we will tell you specifically what it is before we discuss anything further.
