Our Diamond package runs fourteen to eighteen business days. Our Platinum package runs twenty-one to twenty eight business days and includes three months of follow up monitoring.

All communication is conducted by email and there are no location restrictions on who we work with.We work with published books across all adult genres including literary fiction, narrative nonfiction, memoir, business, leadership, self help, spiritual, health and wellness, thriller, mystery, and historical fiction.
We do not work with unpublished manuscripts. The book must be available for purchase or borrowing on at least one retail or library platform before we can begin research.
We focus primarily on backlist titles that have been available for one year or more. These are books that have already demonstrated quality through reader ratings but have not reached the full audience they deserve.

We have found that email only communication produces better outcomes for both parties. Everything is documented in writing, every question gets a considered answer, and the author has a permanent record of the entire engagement.
When you begin an engagement you will receive a welcome email within one business day outlining your timeline, what we need from you if anything, and the expected delivery dates for each deliverable.Very little. The work is designed to be done for you.
In most cases the only thing we need from you is access to your Amazon Author Central account to make listing changes. We will send specific instructions for how to grant this access securely.
For some deliverables in higher packages such as podcast outreach or Bookstagram outreach we prepare everything and deliver it to you ready to send. The outreach goes out under your name because that produces better results. We write it. You send it.
